Galatea follows the events days after of the Greek Myth Pygmalion. As Galatea struggles with her new found life, she learns what it is to be woman under a man’s control

Galatea was Sam’s Costume Design Debut. She had great fun working with her fellow actors to create costumes that felt personal to each cast member, while also playing to their character, and loved working with the other designers to create washable paint to be splattered on the costumes each night.

Working alongside Eric Hall and Ailis Lindgren, I worked as Assistant Costume designer for Alice By Heart at CCU. This was my first big costuming project I had the opportunity to work on, and I loved being able to design these pieces.
